🦁 Welcome Back, Lions! Join Us for the Welcome Bacck Cookout on August 31

We’re excited to welcome Mars Hill University students back to campus with a Welcome Cookout on Sunday, August 31 at 4:44 pm at Mars Hill United Methodist Church.

• Hamburgers and hot dogs will be provided.

• We invite you to bring a side dish or beverage to share as we celebrate the start of a new school year.

• District and Conference leaders will join us that evening to help us mark this special occasion.

It will be a memorable evening you won’t want to miss! Plan to come and bring a friend. Sign up in the Fellowship Hall for what you will contribute.

About the Wesley Fellowship

This year’s cookout also celebrates the launch of the Wesley Fellowship at Mars Hill University. The Wesley Fellowship is the new campus ministry of Mars Hill United Methodist Church, designed to give students a place to connect, grow and serve together.

The ministry is led by Elizabeth “Liz” Parrish, who serves as Campus Ministry Coordinator. Liz will be a regular presence at campus events and will work with students, church members and University partners to build authentic relationships, plan gatherings and create opportunities for service and spiritual growth.
