One body does not mean one part.
We are many, and yet we belong to one another.
Some speak when others listen.
Some dream when others organize.
Some challenge when others comfort.
Some lead from the front and others strengthen the whole from places rarely seen.
The Spirit has not erased our differences.
The Spirit gathers them into something greater.
So come—not despite your difference but bringing it.
For in Christ, our diversity becomes a gift, and together we become one body.

Our Shared Affirmation
The Spirit has given gifts.
And every gift matters.
No one has every gift.
And no one has no gift.
We belong to one another.
Together, we are the Body of Christ.
And God is still at work.
Equipping us for every good work.
Joys and Concerns
Our Parent in heaven, hallowed be your name.
Your kin-dom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us today our daily bread.
Forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.
Save us from the time of trial and deliver us from evil.
For yours is the kin-dom, the power, and the glory forever.
