Call to Worship
With what shall we come before the Lord?
We come not with grand gestures or hollow words.
What does the Lord require of us?
To do justice, love kindness, and walk humbly with our God.
In this time of worship, we set aside pretense and posturing.
We bring our whole selves—our hope, our hurt, our hunger for God.
Come, beloved of God, let us return to what matters most.
Let us worship the One who calls us to walk in grace and truth.

Unison Prayer of Confession
Merciful God,
we confess that we have not always walked humbly with you.
We chase success more than justice,
we hoard comfort more than we share kindness.
We confess that we sometimes reduce our faith to words
while neglecting the weightier matters of love.
Forgive us, O God.
Renew our hearts.
Teach us again to live simply,
to love deeply,
and to walk closely with you.
Pardon
The Lord’s Prayer
Loving Creator, who dwells among us and within us,
Holy is your name.
Let your dream for justice take root,
Your will be done in our living and our labor,
Here on earth, as it is in heaven.
Give us today the bread we need—
Bread for our bodies,
And bread for our souls.
Forgive us for the harm we have caused—
To others, to the earth, and to ourselves.
As we forgive those who have wounded us,
Help us to release resentment and repair what we can.
Lead us away from the fears that divide us,
And guide us toward the courage that heals.
For your love is the power,
Your grace is the glory,
Now and forever.
Amen.
